The Nigeria Off-grid Market Acceleration Program (NoMAP) is a market building program jointly supported by the Shell Foundation and USAID’s Scaling Off-grid Energy (SOGE), to identify unaddressed off-grid energy market barriers and implement high impact initiatives to tackle them.
